How to become, to be and to stay useful!

The best source of instruction to teach us how to be useful, in the most absolute sense of the word, is with you

24 hours a day:

this wonderful source of education is your own body!

How well do you know your own body and its potential?

Have you ever thought about the huge number of functions exercised by each part of your body: and I am also addressing here to the mutilated, the paralyzed and other people with all kinds of limitation whom Yehoah, our Lord, is also loving and to whom so much happiness hopefully would be given soon when His Son will come to save the earth.

For instance, let's focus on the seemingly insignificant parts of the human body like the eyebrows of the eye. They play the role of gutter to avoid the eye from being flooded and blinded by the sweat of our forehead. Take again the example of the eyelids, the good ones to do everything for the eye:

First of all, there is the constant work of lubricating the surface of the eye with the liquid of the tears

• They kill two birds with one stone because at the same time, they evacuate all the dust towards the excretion channels of the tears so as to keep our eyes completely clean.

These first two functions are performed by blinking the eyes at the rate of a few 360 times per hour, that is to say 5000 times a day or almost 2 million times a year. Without you realizing it, this work is done by the set of muscles of the eyelid.

• The eyelids are also always ready to occasionally protect your eye from any projectile by playing the role of a shield!

• The eyelids also carry the eyelashes which block the way of dust coming from outside.

All these small organs are contributing to the proper functioning of the eye which is, I remind you, the lamp of our body.

We could speak in the same way of the many more or less important parts of our body and we would come to the conclusion that all of them have a useful role. It is true that we do not always know the real reason for this utility as we are often ignoring the wonder of our body that exceeds by far the limits of our knowledge.

Our body has been made available to us as a source of lifelong education to help us better understand how the spiritual body of the Church functions. Our body is in other words a symbol of what should be the Church or the Assembly of the Lord.

When the Church will complete her birth, which began almost 2000 years ago, with Yeshuah as her head, she will be perfect and we hope to be members of her body. Each of us will have to learn how to serve as each part of our body are already serving us today.

Let us read how Paul warns us in his first epistle to the Corinthians, in chapter 6, verses 12 to 17:

" 12 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. 13 Foods for the stomach and the stomach for foods, but Elohim will destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for sexual immorality but for Yehsuah, and Yeshuah for the body. 14 And Elohim both raised up Yehsuah and will also raise us up by His power.

15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! 16 Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.” 17 But he who is joined to Yeshuah is one spirit with Him. "

Paul encourages us to flee from debauchery and to aspire to a useful life.

To be and to remain useful is an indispensable step for all the members of the body of Yeshuah if they hope to be part of the divine family with Him.

What does "being useful" mean?

Being useful means being able to give something good to those around you and also to yourself.

This definition has several aspects:

First, there is the idea of giving or providing to others successfully. In other words, it means that the person concerned accepts what we want to give them. Indeed, a donation is not always accepted. The first condition to be useful is to be able to make those around us accept our actions. This requires persistence both in choosing what we want to offer and in the way we offer it. Let's see how Yehsuah-Christ tells us about this in Matthew 5, verses 23 and 24:

" 23 Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. "

The second important aspect of usefulness is that our actions are a source of good. We must therefore carefully and thoroughly examine all our actions to ensure that they are in accordance with the will of our Creator's family. In other words, make our actions pleasant to our Father. Cain is the example not to follow: he wanted to act but his action had not been carefully prepared and Yehoah did not like it. Let's read this in Genesis 4: 1-7:

" 1 Now Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bore Cain, and said, “I have acquired a man from Yehoah.” 2 Then she bore again, this time his brother Abel. Now Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. 3 And in the process of time it came to pass that Cain brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to Yehoah (Note: Unlike Abel, Cain does not take care to offer firstfruits). 4 Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat. And Yehoah respected Abel and his offering, 5 but He did not respect Cain and his offering. And Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell.

6 So Yehoah said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? 7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”"

Another aspect, and not the least, when it comes to being useful is

Know how to GIVE!

You have to follow the way of being a giving guy rather than a taking one. When we give, we must always bear in mind the prayer that David said when he gathered his offering and that of his people for the building of the Temple in Jerusalem. Let us read this prayer in the first book of Chronicles, chapter 29 and verses 10 to 19:

" 10 Therefore David blessed Yehoah before all the assembly; and David said:

“Blessed are You, Yehoah Elohim of Israel, our Father, forever and ever.

11 Yours, O Yehoah, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Yehoah, And You are exalted as head over all.

12 Both riches and honor come from You, And You reign over all. In Your hand is power and might; In Your hand it is to make great And to give strength to all.

13 “Now therefore, our Elohim, We thank You And praise Your glorious name.

14 But who am I, and who are my people, That we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from You, And of Your own we have given You.

15 For we are aliens and pilgrims before You, As were all our fathers; Our days on earth are as a shadow, And without hope.

16 “O Yehoah our Elohim, all this abundance that we have prepared to build You a house for Your holy name is from Your hand, and is all Your own. 17 I know also, my Elohim, that You test the heart and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things; and now with joy I have seen Your people, who are present here to offer willingly to You. 18 O Yehoah Elohim of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, our fathers, keep this forever in the intent of the thoughts of the heart of Your people, and fix their heart toward You.

19 And give my son Solomon a loyal heart to keep Your commandments and Your testimonies and Your statutes, to do all these things, and to build the temple for which I have made provision.”

David's message to us is that everything we have is a gift made to us by the Lord! We are, in a way, liaison agents making fruit or wasting away what we have received. The outcome of our usefulness is described by Paul in his epistle to the Romans, chapter 6, verses 11 to 13:

" 11 Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to Elohim in Christ Jesus our Lord.

12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. 13 And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to Elohim as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to Elohim. "

If we understand this well, then we will want to become tools in the hand of our Elohim and we will by definition be useful.

How do we proceed to become useful?

Being useful cannot be improvised! We only become useful after having prepared ourselves for it, not without having meditated carefully on the subject according to what is written for us in Proverbs 14, verse 22:

" Do they not go astray who devise evil? But mercy and truth belong to those who devise good."

We can then discover that the field of action of our utility is huge: it is everything that surrounds us or is likely to be within our reach.

For our meditation to make ourselves useful in a fruitful manner, we must start from a good base and not from a vague or doubtful idea! Such a source of meditation is within our reach:

The Bible!

The bible, if it is well read, will never confuse as written by Paul in his second epistle to Timothy, chapter 3, verses 16 and 17:

" 16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of Elohim, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of Elohim may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. "

This means that the content of the Bible is a guaranteed source, if we use it well, to teach us how to become useful for our Lord and His Church.

Paul, writing to us, knows what he is talking about, since he is almost at the end of his life; read about it in the same epistle, chapter 4, verses 6 - 8:

" 6 For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which Yehoah, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. "

He reminds us moreover a little earlier how his life was useful, in chapter 3, verses 10 to 12:

" 10 But you have carefully followed my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, love, perseverance, 11 persecutions, afflictions, which happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra—what persecutions I endured. And out of them all Yehoah delivered me. 12 Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. "

Knowing that and if we are believers, we should also understand that inevitably we should be persecuted. Paul encourages us to remain attached to the basic principles of the Bible and warns us about the risk of being swept away by the spiral of violence, verses 13 to 15 of the same chapter. from the second epistle of Paul to Timothy:

" 13 But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14 But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, 15 and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Yeshuah. "

The Bible is addressed not only to every man in particular, if he is ready to hear it, but also to the whole body of the believers!

The Bible is very rich in examples to show us how we can make ourselves useful. Some are immediate and only require from us to be ready and available for any  service. These are "small" everyday actions as Paul reminds us in his epistle to Titus, in chapter 3 and in verse 1:

" remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, ..."

Here are three simple examples of helpful people:

• Rebecca according to the account of Genesis 24, verses 17 to 19 and 25:

" 17 And the servant ran to meet her and said, “Please let me drink a little water from your pitcher.”

18 So she said, “Drink, my lord.” Then she quickly let her pitcher down to her hand, and gave him a drink. 19 And when she had finished giving him a drink, she said, “I will draw water for your camels also, until they have finished drinking.”  ...

25 Moreover she said to him, “We have both straw and feed enough, and room to lodge.”

• Moses according to the account of Exodus 2, verses 16 to 19:

" 16 Now the priest of Midian had seven daughters. And they came and drew water, and they filled the troughs to water their father’s flock. 17 Then the shepherds came and drove them away; but Moses stood up and helped them, and watered their flock.

18 When they came to Reuel their father, he said, “How is it that you have come so soon today?”

19 And they said, “An Egyptian delivered us from the hand of the shepherds, and he also drew enough water for us and watered the flock.”

• Finally, here is an example left by our Savior for our teaching, in Matthew 25, verses 31 to 46:

" 31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; 43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’

44 “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ 45 Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ 46 And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

This series of examples should help us to understand the kind of things already at hand that we have to put in our program of actions towards our Lord.

But there are useful works of longer duration that we can also undertake if we are prepared for it. These are the actions which, as I wrote above, cannot be improvised. We must compare these projects to undertake as the building of the tower described by Luke his chapter 14. We must sit down and calculate the expense, establish the working plan and collect the materials to be able to undertake the building till its completion.

Likewise in the case of our life, we must first set ourselves a specific goal to achieve. We must define and familiarize ourselves with this objective: it must always be done in the light of the Bible.

Having said that, we must acquire the means and knowledge, look for people we will need to achieve this goal. If the goal seems difficult to reach, this is the precise moment when we will have the greatest need of perseverance at the risk of giving up such a beautiful hope and such a beautiful task.

Reaching a goal also means drawing up a detailed road map that is as precise as possible so that nothing is left to hazard. A road map is necessary to fix intermediate steps and to distribute the tasks between the members of our team if any just as our body makes its various members work together to accomplish every  task we want it to do.

However, when everything is ready, we should not forget the most important (Proverbs 16: 1-3):

" 1 The preparations of the heart belong to man,

But the answer of the tongue is from Yehoah.

2 All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes,

But Yehoah weighs the spirits.

3 Commit your works to Yehoah,

And your thoughts will be established."

So let's not forget our Father for a single moment in our life because thanks to Him, our projects will come to an end. In the same vein, let us also remember the words of James in his epistle, chapter 4 and verses 13 to 15:

" 13 Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit”; 14 whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. 15 Instead you ought to say, “If Yehoah wills, we shall live and do this or that.”

It might be that we have to take charge of a particularly heavy project for our shoulders. This is not why we must give up and lose faith, on the contrary, let us surrender to our Father by fasting as did Ezra with all the people who accompanied him to Jerusalem (Ezra 8: 21-23) :

" 21 Then I proclaimed a fast there at the river of Ahava, that we might humble ourselves before our Elohim, to seek from Him the right way for us and our little ones and all our possessions. 22 For I was ashamed to request of the king an escort of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy on the road, because we had spoken to the king, saying, “The hand of our Elohim is upon all those for good who seek Him, but His power and His wrath are against all those who forsake Him.” 23 So we fasted and entreated our Elohim for this, and He answered our prayer."

So we should try to have several ongoing projects to carry out in our heads and by so doing, let us follow the example of our Savior, Yeshuah Christ. Because our Father is looking for builders, creators like Him with whom He wants to share the whole universe to make it an ever increasing series of wonders. The Father created everything by the Word, who became His first Son. This Son undertook in his turn the building of his living Church of which we can become members, if however we participate in his project as a useful builder.

To not build, to do nothing, is to let go what has been entrusted to us for destruction, it is to do the negative and useless work of Satan.

Helpful but not selfish!

Undertaking a useful mission implies a complete disinterestedness with regard to his person. Indeed we must always keep in mind that if we undertake a work for our Lord, it is not necessarily us who will complete it. We must not attach ourselves to a mission to such an extent that we cannot accept the idea that another will take it over till its completion. Otherwise, it would be selfish.

For instance Moses, although warned that he could not enter the Promised Land, faithfully persevered in the accomplishment of his mission to bring the people of his Lord into the land of Israel.

David is another example of disinterestedness. Yehoah refused to allow him to build His Temple on earth. Nevertheless, David did his best to prepare as much as allowed the building of the Temple of His Lord as you can read in I Chronicles, chapter 22, verses 6 to 19:

" 6 Then he called for his son Solomon, and charged him to build a house for Yehoah Elohim of Israel. 7 And David said to Solomon: “My son, as for me, it was in my mind to build a house to the name of Yehoah my Elohim; 8 but the word of Yehoah came to me, saying, ‘You have shed much blood and have made great wars; you shall not build a house for My name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in My sight. 9 Behold, a son shall be born to you, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies all around. His name shall be Solomon, for I will give peace and quietness to Israel in his days. 10 He shall build a house for My name, and he shall be My son, and I will be his Father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.’ 11 Now, my son, may Yehoah be with you; and may you prosper, and build the house of Yehoah your Elohim, as He has said to you. 12 Only may Yehoah give you wisdom and understanding, and give you charge concerning Israel, that you may keep the law of Yehoah your Elohim. 13 Then you will prosper, if you take care to fulfill the statutes and judgments with which Yehoah charged Moses concerning Israel. Be strong and of good courage; do not fear nor be dismayed. 14 Indeed I have taken much trouble to prepare for the house of Yehoah one hundred thousand talents of gold and one million talents of silver, and bronze and iron beyond measure, for it is so abundant. I have prepared timber and stone also, and you may add to them. 15 Moreover there are workmen with you in abundance: woodsmen and stonecutters, and all types of skillful men for every kind of work. 16 Of gold and silver and bronze and iron there is no limit. Arise and begin working, and Yehoah be with you.”

17 David also commanded all the leaders of Israel to help Solomon his son, saying, 18 “Is not Yehoah your Elohim with you? And has He not given you rest on every side? For He has given the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land is subdued before Yehoah and before His people. 19 Now set your heart and your soul to seek Yehoah your Elohim. Therefore arise and build the sanctuary of Yehoah Elohim, to bring the ark of the covenant of Yehoah and the holy articles of Elohim into the house that is to be built for the name of Yehoah.”

Watch out for the beam!

When we are at work in a group, let us take care of what is under our responsibility and do not try to take care of "the bits of straw" that we could believe to see in the eye of our colleagues! Rather, let's try to correct ourselves and improve ourselves by remembering that there may be a beam in our eye!

If we try to improve ourselves, those around us will be able to see us carry out the work, and if they want, they will come and take advice from us.

Let us always remember that a criticism made inappropriately often becomes a cause of division. Let us meditate on the words of Paul in Galatians, chapter 6, verses 3 to 5:

" 3 For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. 5 For each one shall bear his own load. "

Watch out for Mammon and Satan,

the god and the prince of this world!

Now we are armed to undertake useful works for our Lord according to the gifts that He has given us. But let's be vigilant, being careful to limit our actions in the domain that was set for ourselves. Beware, don’t be blinded by your pride and don’t let you be drawn into the way of sin.

The seductive power of Satan and his devils is so great that we could suddenly find ourselves isolated in the midst of a group of so-called believers, but who are, on the contrary, seduced and consequently unable to find the good way to follow. Make sure that the work in which you participate will not become a false god before the face of Yehoah. Do not allow yourself then to be led by others to sin. Resist and flee this unhealthy atmosphere if necessary. Do not hesitate to displease, even if it means separating yourself from people who were previously so close to you.

Indeed, always remember that human nature does not like what is unconventional. What would you have done during the project of the golden calf? This project was born in the midst of the Children of Israel and the people of Yehoah, very few months after the spectacular exit from Egypt and only few days after the impressive statement of the Ten Commandments, and yet we read in Exodus 32: 1-6 how was initiated this disgusting project which moreover did not follow any of the criteria of usefulness as defined by Elohim:

" 1 Now when the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered together to Aaron, and said to him, “Come, make us gods that shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.”

2 And Aaron said to them, “Break off the golden earrings which are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me.” 3 So all the people broke off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them to Aaron. 4 And he received the gold from their hand, and he fashioned it with an engraving tool, and made a molded calf.

Then they said, “This is your god, O Israel, that brought you out of the land of Egypt!”

5 So when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it. And Aaron made a proclamation and said, “Tomorrow is a feast to the Lord.” 6 Then they rose early on the next day, offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play."

Please note carefully that

ALL THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL

HAVE TURNED AWAY FROM YEHOAH!

We must hope that, if facing a similar event, we would flee so as not to participate in this horrible work.

This kind of situation is unfortunately not an exception. Jeremiah also had to face the pressure of deviated people. Indeed, he transmitted to the people of Judah a clear and precise order from his Lord not to go to Egypt at a critical time in their history. Yet the leaders of Judah are so seduced that they manage to convince all Judah to flee to Egypt. Let's read this in Jeremiah 42, verse 19 and the rest of chapter 43, verses 1 to 7:

" 19Yehoah has said concerning you, O remnant of Judah, ‘Do not go to Egypt!’ Know certainly that I have admonished you this day....

Chapter 43.

1 Now it happened, when Jeremiah had stopped speaking to all the people all the words of Yehoah their Elohim, for which Yehoah their Elohim had sent him to them, all these words, 2 that Azariah the son of Hoshaiah, Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the proud men spoke, saying to Jeremiah, “You speak falsely! Yehoah our Elohim has not sent you to say, ‘Do not go to Egypt to dwell there.’ 3 But Baruch the son of Neriah has set you against us, to deliver us into the hand of the Chaldeans, that they may put us to death or carry us away captive to Babylon.” 4 So Johanan the son of Kareah, all the captains of the forces, and all the people would not obey the voice of Yehoah, to remain in the land of Judah. 5 But Johanan the son of Kareah and all the captains of the forces took all the remnant of Judah who had returned to dwell in the land of Judah, from all nations where they had been driven— 6 men, women, children, the king’s daughters, and every person whom Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard had left with Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, and Jeremiah the prophet and Baruch the son of Neriah. 7 So they went to the land of Egypt, for they did not obey the voice of Yehoah. And they went as far as Tahpanhes."

Now, as the end times of this world is very near, it is our turn to face similar situations. It is the time of the Church of Philadelphia but also of Laodicea! Laodicea is lukewarm and lacks zeal for its Creator. Laodicea as in the time of Judah will follow seductive and particularly unsuitable teachings. These teachings will be provided by the prophets described by Ezekiel, in chapter 13, verses 1 to 5:

" 1 And the word of Yehoah came to me, saying, 2 “Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel who prophesy, and say to those who prophesy out of their own heart, ‘Hear the word of Yehoah!’ ”

3 Thus says Yehoah Elohim: “Woe to the foolish prophets, who follow their own spirit and have seen nothing! 4 O Israel, your prophets are like foxes in the deserts. 5 You have not gone up into the gaps to build a wall for the house of Israel to stand in battle on the day of Yehoah. "

If we experience these kinds of events, our situation can be compared to those of the two kings of Judah and we will read their stroies. This will help us understand why we must be useful all the time and it will also help us learn to overcome the coming turmoil.

The first king is Joash and we will read about him II Chronicles, chapter 24, verses 2 and 17 to 18:

" 2 Joash did what was right in the sight of Yehoah all the days of Jehoiada the priest.....

17 Now after the death of Jehoiada the leaders of Judah came and bowed down to the king. And the king listened to them. 18 Therefore they left the house of Yehoah Elohim of their fathers, and served wooden images and idols; and wrath came upon Judah and Jerusalem because of their trespass. "

The second story is about King Uzziah and we can read it in II Chronicles 26: 3 to 5 and 16:

" 3 Uzziah was sixteen years old when he became king, and he reigned fifty-two years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Jecholiah of Jerusalem. 4 And he did what was right in the sight of Yehoah, according to all that his father Amaziah had done. 5 He sought Elohim in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of Elohim; and as long as he sought Yehoah, Elohim made him prosper....

16 But when he was strong his heart was lifted up, to his destruction, for he transgressed against Yehoah his Elohim by entering the temple of Yehoah to burn incense on the altar of incense. "

These two kings were following the Lord as long as they had a tutor beside them to guide and correct them, Yehoyada and Zacharie respectively, but unfortunately, after the death of their tutors, they did not humbly sought to make themselves useful of perseveringly at every moment of their lives, by consulting Yehoah. The result was that these two kings turned miserably from the way of their Lord.

To be useful is not to be lukewarm!

To be useful is not to be asleep!

To be useful is to stay close to Yehoah!

So let’s go to work with courage and faith, let us go to the end of the path of life and keep with us the warnings of Paul in Galatians 6: 7 to 10:

" 7 Do not be deceived, Elohim is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. 9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith."
